If Windows date and time crosses given input date and time then excel should indicate.

OS : Windows 10
Excel : Excel 2016 (Ignore .xls in attachment file)

This time i came with different application. In the attached excel file in A1 date is plotted and B1 time is plotted, Now excel file should indicate automatically to change the background filled cell color to Light Red in all Excel files and sheets which is currently opened once the windows time passed the given date and Time in A1 and B1.

If `Formula' is enough then happy, or if `Macro' is required then also `Ok'.

Note : This is because in Windows 10 Schedule tasker is not working and attempted to use Excel. Now if i am opening daily 1 time 1 particular excel file and in excel sheet this purpose is being solved but not for time basis.
