Text to insert page number in footer

There is some texts command, something like " [page] & of [pages] " to insert page numbers in header of footer, but i forgot the same. Can any tell me exact the text line.

Go to Page setup
Select Header and Footer
In Custom Footer
Click 2nd and 3rd button

you where very close..

the correct text sting is
