    The formula assumes your headings are in row 1, with the data in columns A-D from row 2 downwards, with the 'Output' column in column E. Change the cell references to match where your data actually is.

    Edit: this is different from the previous post by adding a space after each entry (to avoid getting something like 'Desktop1Desktop1') and using TRIM to get rid of extra spaces.

    i have another request, how about i change my output based on the category or combination of devices. see below screenshot for output2.

    Please try, it could be a lot shorter if you have Excel365 with Textjoin function.
