Hiding Column/Row help with performance

Hi,

I was just curios, does hiding unused columns and row help with the performance or speed of the workbook? Or no difference at all?

It should make no difference at all as only the display is hidden. All cells calculate whether hidden or not and the file size should be essentially the same
