Hi

I am relatively new to excel. I was hoping somebody can point me in the right direction with regards to essentially creating an ON/OFF button that when turned on would only show data entries based on certain criteria e.g. Column C - Colour of hats > when On only red hats entries show.

Then from this I want all these 'filtered' entries to be automatically updated into all formulas and graphs which is not possible with a standard filter. So say I have a graph with gender frequency of each hat colour, then when i switch on button this graph changes to gender freq of only red colour.
