    on/ff toggle switch

Google wasn't very helpful so I'm reaching out to you for help.
I'm looking to create a simple checklist in Excel and want users to toggle ON or OFF using a switch button. No macros needed yet - I simply want to start out with a "toggle" switch and consider writing macros later (if 'on' do something; else do nothing. sort of thing).

I know the Control Box has a toggle switch but it appears as a push-in/push-out button. What I need is something more visual. Tick boxes are OK but I prefer the toggle button as shown in the illustration above.
I use Excel 2016 and don't know where such button exist - so I need help how to create one or (preferably) an example Worksheet where I can copy & paste onto several rows.
    Any help is appreciated.

    Re: on/ff toggle switch

I had marked as solved, Paul but then I need another associated question: If I want more than one toggle button, I can't seem to work it. See example. Can you help/advise further, please?
