Decreasing Numbers on a Specific Date

Hi All,

I am trying to have Excel decrease numbers in a certain cell on a specific date. For example, if the cell is assigned the number 4, is there a way I can automatically make Excel change the number to 2 six months from now?

Apologies if that's a terrible way to phrase the question... Thanks in advance!

Another approach. Place in the ThisWorkbook module .. change date to effective change date.
