Make conditional formatting ignore blank cells

I've been reading posts here but everyone seems to have a slightly different problem than me.
I want to highlight the current date in my sheet and the all the cells in the same row but only if they have something in them. Currently I have the date and all cells next to it highlighted including blank cells. I have the sheet attached so if someone could check it out I'd really appreciate it!
