Help with assigning value/linking data

I need help making the "Early Out" count for 0.5 or 1/2 day instead of 1.

Also, you'll see on Employee 3 that even though the dates out were from 1/5-1/7, the "Days" column still only calculates as 1?

(I downloaded this sheet from Excel templates.)

Networkdays only count Mon-Fri.
