Unprotected -Unlock Shape Excel

I have inserted a basic shape and assigned a macro to it on my worksheet. I can't work out when I protect my sheet this shape ( Have error use of the macro button) whilst keeping the rest of the worksheet protected.
And how can count how many personnel is holiday per month like January etc

You would need to unprotect the sheet before sorting it.
