    Vlookup 2 criteria in ROW

    Hello again,

I have another question about vlookup a value where I have more than one criteria. Both criteria appear in the row alignment and not in column, so I cannot use the "Index/match" formula.
The subject name is the same in a couple of rows but the value to return is different.

Normally - the vlookup returns the value in first row it finds, and ignores the rest of the lines.

I attached a file for example, and would be glad in your assistance.

    Thank you.

    Try
    Formula: copy to clipboard
Please Login or Register to view this content.
...confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer.
