I have several interactive excel dashboards with pivot charts and slicers and all sorts.
Is there a way of making them look more like a program? I have already hidden grid-lines, formula bar and headings etc. but is there a way of making it fully look like a full screen dashboard without the ribbons and tabs along the bottom etc.?

There's a setting in Options (Advanced > Display Options) where you can hide the tabs and you can click of the pin on the bottom right of the ribbon to hide it.

No, you can hide the tabs at the bottom.
