How to refresh sheet and keep results of a cell that keeps changing

Hey all, sorry to crosspost but I haven't gotten a response in the other forum.


I'm VERY new to Excel/VBA (know next to nothing)


I have a couple cells in a sheet that are depending on the results of a lot of previous cells, including RAND()s.

I want to refresh my sheet thousands/tens of thousands of times then create a distribution of the results found in these cells.

For example I refresh, and cell D10 for example can have different values of 5, 10, 0.5, 20, etc. And I'd like to run this several thousand times to get a good idea of what the distribution of results looks like.

It would be painstaking to do it manually, is there any way I can automate the process?

Interesting concept.

What I envision is Sheet 1 where the constant updating of random numbers would occur and Sheet 2 where the numbers would be stored for review.
But that is only what jumps out at first thought.

What would your "random sheet" look like ? How many cells would be involved in the random number presentation ? The smaller the selection, the
easier it would be to create something.

Anyway ... I'm curious. What do you have for review ?
