Unique missing list

Hi,

I am looking for some help with a formula

I have a “master” sheet which contains unique codes.

I also have a “Data Load Template” which the user will edit.

Would I would like is a formula that will list any codes that appear on the master sheet but not the data load template. E.g. If “ABC” appears on the master sheet but not the load template it would appear on the “missing” sheet. But if the user enters “ABC” on the data load template it would disappear from the “missing sheet”

Can anyone help please?

On the sheet Missing cell D5 enter this formula

Make sure that the list of potentially missing codes has the same size as the list of codes on the sheet Master.
And notice that it's an array formula. So close with [Ctrl][Shift][Enter]

BTW, it would be helpfull to put the data in tables for more flexible reference.
