    Drop Down List auto populate based on value selected in Another Drop Down

    Hi Friends
    I have a question,
    I have a sheet where column "K" is a drop down list with options Yes/No.
    Column "O" & Column "R" also have drop down lists with options Yes/No/NA.

    I just want to know, is it possible that If Column K is selected "Yes", then Column O & R automatically populate "Yes". If Column K is No, then Column O & R can be manually changed to Yes/No/NA as needed.

    Thanks in advance for your kind help.

    Regards

    What you want is called a cascading drop-down list. You can do a web search for this and find several different methods.
    One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

    A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.

    @dflak
    Thanks for your reply.
    I have tried cascading list but I think this is not the solution to my question.
    I want, If Column K is No, Then I will manually select the required option in Column O & R.
    But if Column K is YES, then column O & R should automatically show YES. (But there must remain the flexibility to manually change O & R if required).
