I am newbie of this forum and a learner of Excel Formulae;
I need a help to fetch the data from one Worksheet to other.I having the data like the below sheet,
Ex:

Code Group Links Marks
9865 ASG_9865 New-Link 224
9865 ASG_9865 New-Link 224
9865 ASG_9865 Old-Link 524
9865 MSG_9865 New-Link 13G
I need the output as like the below.

Code Marks
9865 524
I have tried with Vlookup but unlucky. Please help…

An Array Formula is confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer.

Why 524 is correct choice? Because there is Old-Link as parameter for the same Code & Group?
