How to get dynamic arrays updated/latest version of Excel

I have Office 365 subscription and have been updating regularly but I still don't
have the dynamic arrays such as sort, filter, unique etc.

May I know if I need to download from a specific link or what should I do to get the
latest version of Excel.

I have signed up for the monthly channel (Targeted)
I even installed Office Insider - 64-bit

Per this page, dynamic and spilled arrays are still in beta, and are only available to a portion of Office Insiders. I'm not sure what portion of Office Insiders they mean, or if it's random. If you are an Office Insider, and have not received the new features, your best bet is to ask Microsoft (yikes, that's a weird thing to say).
