i am having a problem with a spreadsheet. please have a look at the below-attached picture you will understand.

i want the formula to calculate which colour bottles has been maximum used by an individual in all four sessions.

What output do you want if theyve used more than one coloured bottle the most, e.g. red AND green

Uploading the sample Excel workbook instead of just a picture of it will help more. This way we won't have to re-create your sample.

if they've used more than one coloured bottle then whichever is the first should be the output.
i tried to upload the excel file but some error occurred.
Try these:
C14 =MAX(C4:I4)
B14 =INDEX(B4:H4,MATCH(C14,C4:I4,0))
Drag both formulas down.
