I have a sheet with 2 tabs.
1. My mailing list
2. My bounce report
I would like to update my mailing list (Tab1) without the HARD bounce from tab2.
Based on email address.
How can I do this? or do I have to create a third tab for the new mailing address?

Seeing as both lists are the same, what are you trying to do here? Perhaps add some new data, then show/tell us what you expect to happen?

In real life they're different (I can't disclose real emails for privacy reasons), but tab2 has bounces (soft and hard).
I just want to update Mailing list in Tab1 without people that have "Hard" bounce on tab2
So that my fresh mailing list no longer include Hard bounces.

Please try in 'Mailing List' A2, fill down until you get blanks and then across.Formula:
