    Transform to readable format

Hi, I am new in excel. I have a template which need to be input by end user. Everyday I would need to copy paste to summarize and formula it into another sheet.
How can I transform the template into rows and columns? I am thinking to push into database, in future able to call from excel to retrieve data.

Or any other advise feel free to suggest. Thanks.

Cannot give any help based on what you've provided.

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

To attach a workbook, “Go Advanced” and then scroll down to the “Manage Attachments” link. It should be self-explanatory after that.
    Remember to desensitize the data.

    Hi, I have attached Testing.xlsx

Input file with colour grey will be input by end user. Number will always change for adjustment.
Working file is the 2 different output I compiled. Can this be automated.

Easily accomplished with a Pivot Table. See attached.

I don't understand what you want. Perhaps you should manually mock up the solution you are looking for.

    Re: Transform to readable format

My suggestion would be to not allow the user to overwrite data. Set it up in tabular form with newest data points added to bottom and Sums calculated via pivot table or formulas on a separate sheet. The pivot table can easily be filtered to show any date range you are interested in or linked to a graph to show changes over time.
