Need help with conditional formatting 2 columns with different text

Can someone show me a formula to find the matches of the 2 columns by color

=AND(COUNTIFS(OFFSET($A$1,0,0,10),"="&$A1,OFFSET($B$1,0,0,10),"="&$B1)-1) with the data in A1:B9

You can use conditional formatting to find and colour duplicates.....If that's what you want

Highlight the range........Conditional Formatting > Highlight cells by rules > Duplicate values
