for example I want it to show when I have used 25ml,15ml,10ml or 5ml of a product depending on the word in a specific cell

    Example data?

Post a sample spreadsheet with expected results, remove any sensitive data, create a mockup example if necessary.
Use the Go Advanced option at the bottom of the page then scroll down to Manage Attachments as the "paperclip" method does not work on this forum.

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

what is the output you are expecting?
this adjustment will take care of your martini issue in E2 but I'm not sure what you want for the rest.
    =IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("martini",C2)),B2-(D2*50),B2-(D2*25))

Re: formula needed with multiple outcomes for cocktail recipes

I don't know what you got to "work" but, the formula in E2 is not showing what I believe it is supposed to show.
Your formula says that if C2 contains(?) martini (which it does) to take the number made in D2 and multiply it by 50 then subtract that from B2 (700 ml). If that is the case, having made 6 martinis, 6 times 50 is 300 ml which subtracted from 700 leaves 400, not 550.
Then you seem to be indicating another area (G2 through H5) has some other metric to be used in the mix where if it is a wet martini use 25 or dry martini use 15 but that isn't in your formula in E2. Then lastly you have 5 different products all with the same amount of 700 ml but from your post #8 it almost sounds like you want that amount to be decreasing based on the above product like if you have 400 ml of vodka left then gin begins (?) at 400?

Special-K made a recommendation in post #2 that you include expected results AND I would recommend an explanation of how you arrived at them and maybe consider a redesign of the workbook as well.

Lastly, in your last attached workbook (and please upload an xlsx version if you can) you have =IF(C2="martini",B2-... C2 contains martini but your formula is not recognizing it in the text.
For a redesign you might want to consider separating wet from martini - each in its own column OR have a table to reference with different ml amounts for the different mixes such as wet martini or dry martini.
