    Percentage of percentage!

    Hey team,

Trying to create a way to track my sales targets.
I have 4 areas, each with their own targets. They collectively add up to 100% and the collective is what I'm judged on. I'm not sure how to incorporate the sections to add to the total?
    hopefully that makes sense!

Section A is worth 35% but is made of 5 targets.
    Make 6 sales
    sell 5 things
    increase by 4
    etc etc

    section B is worth 25%
    with 4 sales targets

    section c is worth 10%
    with 4 sales targets

    section d is worth 30%
    with 4 sales targets.

    Thanks!

Just add the percentages together for each section.

Hey mate. Thanks but I can't work out the sections.
Like each target is worth x% and they only add up to 35% total. And then combining the total score to 100%.

    Re: Percentage of percentage!

Isn't this just a weighted average?

Each of the five sales targets in A is = 35% / 5
    Each in Section B is = 25% / 4
    etc

And then all the sub-sections should be worth like 2% or 7% or whatever, and then all twentish of them add up to 100%

    Like that?
