Hello.
Once again, I come in search of some assistance.
I have a list of unique customers that had a purchase declined (with the date and time) Columns A and B.
In columns D, E, F I have a list of customers that contacted the chat support, the department they contacted and the date and time.
From all unique customers with a purchase decline, I need to list and know how many registered a chat related to the departments (sports and shoes) within the next hour of the purchase declined time.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
I have attached the spreadsheet with the data.
