Pivot table Analysis %'s and Visualization

I have a pivot table that has a column with a # of certificates issued by country and corresponding export sales by country covering 5 years.

Certificates are not issued for each country. I definitely need to compare the total $ of export sales of countries certificates are issued vs all countries with export sales. Also I need a percentage comparison, so for example certificate countries export sales % of total export sales.

Also, any further slicers or visual analysis that show trends or represents what values and %'s would be if additional countries were added to the list that exports are issued. So for example if certificates were issued to Mexico then certificates countries would go from ~60% to 80% of total.

Really just open to any suggestions on how to best represent the data.

If I could at least determine a way to figure out the % that would be extremely helpful. So: certificate countries export sales % of total export sales.
