My template file is 13 pages.
When I check the file print preview (CNTL+P) then it is 13 pages
but when I click PDF-XChange in the Quick access toolbar then the file will be converted to 26 pages (the bottom part of the page will be transferred to another page)
How to fix this? I really need it
Going to page view and noting where the dotted blue lines are (printer margins) will tell you why. These need to match your page layout, so a bit of adjustment may be required. Have you played with margin setting?

Sorry - that's not what I get here.
The problem is that the PDF output will be peculiar to your set-up - it's not really something that anyone can troubleshoot on a different machine. Sorry!
