Conditional formating on Gantt for delayed tasks

Hello Forum,
I truly hope someone can help with this:
I found a template for a Gantt chart that works really well, except that I need cells turn red if the tasks are delayed.
Is there any way to do that? What I’m basically looking for is a way to show at a glance the delayed tasks, due to completion percentage or due date.
I have attached the template: Task A to E have the original conditional formatting and Task 1 to 5 is what I need.

I'm getting really closer!!!, although I'm think I'm doing something wrong.
I have applied the formulas and I have added one more conditional format to show the current day, but task D should be blue, task E should be half green, half blue and task F should be green. Do you think there is a way to express that? I have attached the file with your formulas from Task A to F and the sample as it should be from Task 1 to 6.
