Thanks PauIM100, for your quick and exact reply.. but how i get an alarm or highlight if the limit is touched or exceeded???
is there any way if i could use conditional formating formula and copy it right and down, so that each cell can change and give me highlight if the limit is exceeded?? or any other idea please
Select N3:Q8 & use this formula in conditional formatting
=N3>=INDEX($G$2:$G$11,MATCH($M3&"|"&N$2,$D$2:$D$11&"|"&$B$2:$B$11,0))
You can remove the red = sign if you only want to highlight values that exceed col G
