Trying to get my hyperlinks(on another sheet) to work on a different search sheet

I have a list of test results that I've inserted hyperlinks to get me to the test results that I've saved on my computer. I've created on sheet 3 a search page that will spit out the desired information. However, I cannot get my hyperlink to work. Is there a formula or vba code that will allow me to get access to the inserted hyperlink? And is it possible to have that link to open the document in the spreadsheet?
