Compare a row and column of data - then return the differences in a different column

Hi there,

I'm not sure if this can be done. But basically I want to compare row 1 under Tuesday (D5 through p5) to Column S 4 through 8; and then return the names from row d4 through p5 into column w (under Group 1).

Hopefully that makes sense. Please let me know if I can explain it better. Thanks!

Not sure if this will do, but the only way I managed to list the differences was by this formula, in a separate row, from cell AB4:

Then I copy values from that row removing undesired spaces by this array formula in W4.
When you edit this formula, make sure to array enter by pressing Ctrl, Shift & Enter keys simultaneously. Then copy down.
