Re: Yes or No with Percentage

Please post your actual question in the post because it can help for people looking to help to know what you are actually asking to have done.
Upon opening your workbook I don't find more information contained that helps me to understand what you are looking for.
It is always best to post a workbook WITH samples AND expected results. Your workbook contains nothing more than your snapshot except that now I can see the formula used in column G.
But I have no idea what your expected results are.

Re: Yes or No with Percentage

I'm still not sure I follow you, but are you looking for something like this in col G? = IF(E7="Yes",1,0)
then if it is No it will return 0%. It will also return if col E is blank. So to avoid that = IF(E7="Yes",1,IF(E7="No",0,""))
If those aren't what you are looking for then please give me a couple examples of expected results.

Re: Yes or No with Percentage

    Hello Sambo kid,

Thanks for helping me out, but I also have a problem

If I put yes, I should be getting 20% of it but it is showing a 14% value to the final score

Thank you for all the help

Which version of Excel are you using? Please update your profile accordingly.

    Try this:

    =SUMIF(G7:G15,1,D7:D15)
