I accidentally linked an excel file of mine to some other one (also one of mine). So, when I open it, it says "This file contains links to . . . some other files that could be unsafe..." Then you can Update the Links, or else Break the links. I see that the menu selection, Data, Edit Links, shows you the file name that is external and linked to the current file. But does anyone know (it's a big file I have, lots of formulas) how I could find the cell references, in the current file, that have links to the external file(s)? That way, I could evaluate the usefulness or not of the links, and make sure I made the right changes. I suspect I'll want to edit these cells so that there's no more external linkage, but if I just choose to Break the links I'll never (very easily) know what cells were involved. Hope someone can help me here. Thanks,
Lotusman
