Multiplying column layouts in dozens subtables?

I do annual statistics and so the rest of the year I prepare the ground for next year. But the statistics are done in monthly cycles and each month is divided into weeks. The problem is that every year the number of weeks in a month changes. It's a terrific job to create a new table, especially when there are dozens of subpages that are summarized on the main page. Does anyone know how to get a column break from the main page by copying using formula. Copying the whole table is not possible because different inserted formulas. Thanks in advance. I hope my "googlish" is not getting anyone mad.
