Exclamation Automating Data Transfer from Specific Cell in Child Workbooks to Master Workbook

Hello everyone and happy new year, I really need help knowing if it is even possible.

I have a 'master' document which is responsible to automate values from different excel sheets. The master document is located in the master folder.Inside the master folder there are many different folders and in each of these folders there is an excel spreadsheet containing data that needs to be stored in the master spreadsheet. I do not know the names of the little excel sheets as they have yet to be created, however,I know the exact cell that needs to be imported to the master spreadsheet (for example, cell C3 on every excel file). Is there a way of automatically importing the values? and if not, is there a way to do it so that the user only needs to paste the location of the folder link once rather than for every cell?

Thank you for your help and I am sorry if I wasn't clear with my question. Have a lovely day.
