Power Query from multiple workbooks

My sales reps input sales data into their own workbooks in a OneDrive environment. I have admin access to everything. I want to get all of the input data to a single sheet on another workbook in the same directory. I thought data connection with Power Query would be the right way to go, but I can't figure out how to load multiple workbooks into it and have them flow without break.
