Unable to Change Time Format

Hi,

I am trying to change the time format in the below attachment as I need to calculate the difference between start and end time however, I am unable to do so.

I have tried formatting the cells to Time and the Text to Columns method; both did not work.

I did the same formula but I get the error #VALUE!. Am I missing something?

You will not get an error if you are trying this on the workbook you posted. If it's a different workbook, then maybe the cells in C or D (or both) contain text and not real times.

Also text time could be converted to DT in the C and D. Open Replace tool (Ctrl+H) and replace : to :.
