Excel Protection

Hello Everyone

I dont know if its the best place to ask about converting excel to google sheet>

But i have faced a really problem, when i converted my protected excel sheet (workbook protected, i hide some tabs so none can see it)
When i converted my excel sheet to google sheet, all the protection was removed, so anyone now can see the hidden sheets !!

I would highly appreciate your support
(google sheets doesn't provide something like workbook protection)

So can i make anything in excel to make the protection still works even the file is converted !

Yes, and in converting it, it's bypassing security, which is hacking.

Anyway, you must remember that Excel security is only really designed to secure the structure of your workbook. It was never intended to secure your data. You should bear this in mind going forward.
