    Converting Number to Text

    Hi,

    Ref to attached sheet EmployeeMaster tab, Column P. I need to convert this to text. I did try -TEXT(Cell,format) but it does not match the value in P.

    Any help ?

    Try this instead:

    =IF(ISTEXT(P2),P2,TEXT(P2,"0"))
