Need help on Excel Price List markup formula and rounds price to end 95 or 99 cents

Hello,

I had this spreadsheet we used in the past years. I needed to use it again to go back over our pricing. This was a custom spreadsheet and formula and I feel there was a plugin or other code I had to install to get this to work. Well, that was 7 years ago and now it's not working.
When I try to use this and enter a price for the value of cell I7, I get #NAME? as a result in cell I10.

I am attaching the actual spreadsheet for you to see. EDIT: Guess since I am new I am not allowed to upload anything yet. I will have to make a few posts and then I can. I will see if I can post replys in this and see then if I can get the file to upload.

I really could use some help here to get this back working.

And I would hope once it is working, it could help someone else out that could use such a unique tool to help them price out their products or services.

I am using Excel 2003 from Office 365.

And how about a picture of the spreadsheet that has the view of the formula in it

Any way to get some help or point me in the right direction? If I pay for the credits on here will that get me help?

There has to be an easier way
See large yellow banner at top of page.
A worksheet with your layout and 20 lines of data, then a sample of the result you expect.
This will get you a faster result as the present is confused.
