    Excel 97 Compatibility Mode Problem with Accessing File

    Dear All,

    The attached file opens but it cannot be accessed.

    When opening the file it says compatibility mode file not responding and seems to hang.

    Any one know how to access the contents of this file?

    Opens for me on an iPad. Maybe try Google Sheets?

    OK, opened in LibreOffice, copied the data into Excel (in same position) and then added a Chart ... may not be what you want but something to play with.

    Edit: Solution removed.

    I did save a copy and uploaded. But, as I heard nothing from you, I removed the file as it would have no relevance to anyone else. That was a month ago.
