Creating a Bid and Budget from Master Data List

Hello! I have a table of data with pricing per quantity for estimating a construction project. If I put in a quanity on the pricing data tab and I want it to populate a summary of those items on another tab, can I do this with formulas or will I need it coded? Thank you!
