Imported Data not compatible with Pivot tables?

The imported data shows up as a date in the columns and doesn't align with the data in the rows. Is there any way to auto populate this into the rows between each date header? Alternatively is there any way to create a pivot table off this original formatting? IE. use the date from row 8 and populate row 9-10 and use the date from row 11 to populate 12-14. Currently this is done manually.

No that option isnt available unfortunately, I found a solution for auto populating from the date above but it'll be a formula. The main issue im running into now is creating a formula to split the date into the day of week and compatible date without using the delineate feature.
