Create new Text by joining 2 columns

Good morning, I am attaching one excel file. please help.
I also give/explain a few examples here

A & B columns (First 2 Columns) are given, C Column is generated by taking size from Column A ( ml, L,oz) or POS wording( see last example) , then appending with Columns B.
