    Static Menu Formatting?

See attachment, Tab "Settings", Is it possible to keep the highlighted in yellow (Rows 1-3 and Column A-B) static? Static as in the top and menu stay in the same place no matter how far you scroll right or down?

I would like to use a menu vs tabs at the bottom if possible. Thanks!

Select cell C4 and use Freeze Panes.

Is it possible to keep B4-19 static when scrolling down?

Without everything row 19 and up static with the menu?

    Re: Static Menu Formatting?

The only way to keep rows 1 to 19 static would be to select row 20.

Have you thought about having your menu across rather than down? It'd be easier.

Is it possible for "Row 1" to have different column widths than Row 2 and below?

Or possible to merge Row 1, through column X and have hyperlinks on words?

While I would not recommend merge and center you might consider using the alignment tab in the Format Cells dialog box (Ctrl + 1) to horizontally center across the selection.
