I have an excel spread sheet that get uploaded daily to a cloud. My clients can download or click a link to open the file.
One of my clients says the spreadsheet is not current or not showing all the records. When I download it or open it, I see 903 records but that one client only sees 450 records. It is only happening for that one client.
Not sure what is going on. Any ideas?

It sounds like that client needs some training. Are they trying to open the same file or a different one? Are they counting Rows or Records? Are they merging two rows together somehow when you aren't? 450 * 2 is almost 900. Do they display two pages with one on the left and the other (not visible) on the right?
Perahps you should Zoom with them and see what they see.
