That is EXACTLY what the code and spreadsheet I gave you does.
Do you mean, you just want to click on the name cell and go direct to that sheet?
If so you need a worksheet select change event.
EDIT: And I've just seen Logit's solution that works without VBA. So you have 3 solutions to choose from.
