Help With Drop Downs

In the picture that I have uploaded I need help. Is it possible to create a drop down that will allow the users to select from the drop down and go to the selected sheet in the excel file or would I have to put a hyperlink next to each individuals name?

Maybe I'm describing it wrong. I would like to make a drop down list in the Agents tab that will enable users to use the drop list and go to other worksheets in the same excel file. For example, the drop down list would include Katrina, Jose, Alyssia etc and when the user clicks on any of those names in the drop down list, it would send them over to their named worksheets. Mutiple people will be using this document and it will be shared on the OneDrive so I believe ActiveX controls will not work.

That is EXACTLY what the code and spreadsheet I gave you does.

Do you mean, you just want to click on the name cell and go direct to that sheet?

If so you need a worksheet select change event.

EDIT: And I've just seen Logit's solution that works without VBA. So you have 3 solutions to choose from.
