Copy/Paste Multiple Columns far to the right but reference cell one column to the right

Hi,

I need to copy and paste many, many columns far to the right of my spreadsheet. All of the cells in the column need to be only one column over though.

For example, I will copy a column referencing "Product Dev" like 50 columns to the right. The cells all reference Column D in Product Dev tab, but when I copy and paste, they are referencing like cell BD because I'm moving it 40 columns to the right.

Please let me know if there is a quick solutions.
