    Daily Scheduling Calendar Help.

    Hello,

I am trying to make a daily scheduling planner in Excel. It will be for inbound shipments and what door they need to come to.

I've seen a thread with a great monthly one but need it to display a door and a time slot. Any suggestions on how I should do this?

    Thank you

I think that is based on one of mine (quite an old one, by the look of it), but you need to show in the raw_data sheet (called Visits in this file) what type of data you have an how it is arranged. I imagine you will have some way of identifying the shipment (some code or description) along with the date and time of delivery, and the Door that you want it delivered to. You may have other data than this, but please give examples of what you expect.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Pete,

Yes, I saw you posted this on an old thread. I have added the info on the Visits tab and also included what my goal is on the Daily tab.

I'll take a look at this tomorrow, as it is getting a bit late here now.

Why file is in .xls? Are you sure you are using 2003?

    Below solution is for 2007+

    Try in B6:

    Copy to B7, change Visits!$B$2:$B$5 into Visits!$C$2:$C$5

    Copy B6:B7 accross

    Copy B6:L7 down

    Hi,

Thanks for the help! It was .xls because it was an old calendar I found. I think I understand the formula, I think the only thing I had to change is to include more rows from the Visits tab.

I increased it to look at 1000 rows.

I've inserted the Microsoft Date and Time Picker Control 6.0 (SP6) and linked it to the date cell (C2) but the formulas do not update unless I select the date cell and hit enter. Any ideas?

Please update your forum profile with the version of Office that you are using. 10 is not Office - it’s your OS (Windows). Thanks.

    Nope!

Which version do you have? 2019? 365? 2016? 2013? If not one of these, then something else? I suspect you mean 2016, but it tells you on the splash screen wgen you launch an Office app, so check there if you aren’t sure.
