Working out percentages

Can someone please help?! I want to know what 24 is out of 39 in percentage. I know it's 61.5, but how do I do this on Excel? Thanks in advance!

With 24 in A1 and 39 in B1, you can have this formula in C1:

=A1/B1

Format the cell as a percentage, with appropriate number of decimal places.
