Help with prorating multiple project years to fiscal years

Hi experts,
I have a 5 year project with budget periods 04/01/19 - 03/31/24. Fiscal years are 01/01/xxxx-12/31/xxxx. I've been searching for a solution to be able to calculate the prorated amounts of the project budgets into the corresponding fiscal years. I've attached a workbook as it's easier to show what I'm trying to accomplish. Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated!
